Shipping and Delivery

All products that we sell at Designer Mugs Online are handmade.

As soon as your order has been produced it will be shipped. We produce and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

UK CUSTOMERS

UK orders usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping.

If you chose "Royal Mail 48 Standard" at checkout then status will only update when delivery has been made or attempted as it's end point tracking and not a fully tracked delivery service.

We recommend choosing "Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1st Class)" at checkout if you require full tracking of your order once it has been shipped as it routes through the courier network.

Please allow 7 business days from date of dispatch for receipt of your order before contacting us with anything related to delivery status.

US CUSTOMERS

US orders usually arrive 5-7 business days after shipping.

EU CUSTOMERS

EU orders usually arrive 5-10 business days after shipping.

Please allow 10 business days from date of dispatch for receipt of your order before contacting us with anything related to delivery status.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders outside of UK, US and Europe usually arrive 7-14 business days after shipping.

Please allow 14 business days from date of dispatch for receipt of your order before contacting us with anything related to delivery status.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we do NOT accept cancellations on any orders as they go into production when order is placed and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping prices are calculated and determined by weight and are dependent on the carrier shipping costs to the country we are shipping to. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout which can be reviewed prior to placing your order. We also display courier shipping options and prices inside the shopping cart prior to checkout.
